JDD HUB COMMUNITY
PROJECTS
“Preserving the Spirit of the Jindo — on the Blockchain”
Recording the lineage, life, and legacy of the Korean Jindo through blockchain transparency.
1. Project Overview
The JJD Hub Community Project aims to record, preserve, and responsibly expand the lineage of the Korean Jindo Dog through blockchain technology.
By integrating decentralized data management, this initiative ensures that each Jindo — including both purebred and mixed-breed dogs — can be individually identified, registered, and verified on-chain.
Core Objectives:
-
Build a transparent blockchain registry for accurate breeding and ownership records
-
Document and manage the population of pure and mixed Jindo breeds
-
Preserve the cultural and biological heritage of Korea’s national dog through digital innovation
2. Blockchain-Based Jindo Registration System
A decentralized registry under JJD Hub will provide verifiable and permanent on-chain records for every registered Jindo.
-
Unique ID Registration : Each Jindo receives a blockchain-based unique ID (DNA, image, lineage, and health data
-
Ownership Verification : Ownership is validated via wallet address — no personal data stored
-
Breeding Records : Birth and breeding history are timestamped on-chain
-
Health & Vaccination Data : Verified by veterinarians or shelters and securely recorded
-
Mixed-Breed Registry: Crossbred Jindo dogs are also recognized through separate verification layers
⚖️ All data are anonymized and stored as cryptographic hashes — ensuring privacy and compliance with personal data laws.
3. Population Growth & Preservation Program
This initiative promotes both the preservation and sustainable growth of the Jindo population.
-
Establish a network of breeders, shelters, and local caretakers
-
Implement a Genetic Diversity Program to maintain healthy breeding lines
-
Launch Jindo adoption and registration incentives for verified caretakers
-
Provide JJD token-based recognition rewards for verified registrations and welfare contributions
4. Jindo Mix Project — Responsible Crossbreeding Initiative
While maintaining the integrity of the pure Jindo breed, the Jindo Mix Project explores responsible crossbreeding as a way to adapt to modern urban lifestyles.
-
Jindo-Small Breed Research: Develop Jindo-mix dogs that preserve intelligence and loyalty traits while adapting to smaller living spaces
-
Genetic Transparency: Each mixdog’s Jindo DNA ratio recorded and verifiable on-chain
-
Public Awareness Campaign: Promote adoption and acceptance of Jindo mixes as loyal companions
5. Community Governance (DAO Integration)
All key directions — from registration standards to mixdog policies — are governed by the JJD DAO.
Through democratic decision-making, the community ensures transparency and trust.
-
DAO voting for registry and welfare policies
-
Approval of mix-breed and population programs
-
Allocation of welfare funds through DAO proposals
6. Token Utility & Incentives
-
Jindo Registration : JJD Token reward for verified entries
-
Health Check or Vaccination Record : Bonus for vet-verified data
-
Mixdog Registration : Incentive for verified crossbreed records
-
DAO Participation : Governance contribution reward
⚖️ All rewards are cultural participation incentives, not financial returns or investment income.
7. Collaboration & Partnerships
The JJD Hub Community Project seeks partnerships across both public and private sectors to strengthen its mission.
-
Collaboration with local governments (e.g., Jindo County) and animal welfare groups
-
Integration with veterinary and shelter networks for data validation
-
Partnership with international welfare and heritage organizations (WSPA, Humane Society, etc.)
8. Long-Term Vision
“From the island of Jindo to the world — preserving Korea’s loyal heritage through blockchain.”
Future Goals:
-
Build a global Jindo genetic and heritage network
-
Launch Jindo Heritage NFT Series linked to verified lineage data
-
Expand to regional native dog preservation projects (e.g., Shiba Inu, Akita, Tosa)
9. Legal & Ethical Statement
